äksy sima

Was looking for clips or recipes on the interweb about sima, a Finnish specialty, closest explained as mead and found this "amazing" video on you tube. It's usually brewed for Walpurgis (vappu).

If one pours too much sugar in to the bottles the fermentation goes ballistic. ;)
